Redwood pitching was again the story as Zach Kopstein fired a 7-inning shutout against Sacred Heart at Moody Field on Saturday. Redwood would take 7 innings to put a run on the board when Sophomore Aubrey Sine led the inning off by lacing a double down the line. Zach Cohen took an intentional walk and Devon Pence laid down a perfect bunt that resulted in no play and the bases loaded. Tyler Peck hit a deep drive to the outfield, deep enough to score Sine who tagged from third. The walk-off win is the fourth win this season for the Giants, and third in a row. Their record now stands at 4-1.
